If you love lots of fresh bright colours and are looking for a weekly menu planner to match, then this is not the one for you. But if you’re like me, and are totally digging monochromatic typography, and bold prints, then you’re going to love this weekly menu planner. You can download the free printable weekly menu planner below. Does anybody else love black & white as much as me right now?
I may have mentioned it before, but I recently signed up for a 12 week membership with the Ashy Bines Transformation Centre (ABTC). Before signing up, I was a bit unsure on whether or not I’d actually go, and was looking for excuses to back out of the hefty $70/week fees. But then I went. And I loved it! Each morning I get up at 4:15am to head down for my 5am class. Sheesh, I must still be suffering from baby brain…
One of the reasons that I love going is the motivation, support and commitment the ABTC trainers and team, put in to you achieving your goals (they certainly earn their fees). Each week there’s a new challenge, or focus, designed to keep you motivated and on track. This week our focus is on meal planning – the more prepared you are, the less likely you are to deviate from the plan.
When it came to finding a weekly menu planner, I looked and looked but just couldn’t find one that matched my current “I want everything monochromatic” theme (you might remember me going on about that in my calendar and mug post too).So I had no choice but to design my own.
Another thing that I found many other menu planners lacked, was space to include my snacks (’cause I seriously need a snack!), or they were Monday to Friday not Monday to Sunday, and a section for groceries or notes.
So you see, mine’s perfect! Well it is for me anyway.
So if you’re like me and are looking to pre-plan your meals (major budget friendly alert!), and are currently saying “pooh!” to all those bright, trendy colours, then this is the weekly meal planner for you.
