Banana Oat Biscuits
There are 3 wonderful reasons that I love these Banana Oat Biscuits:
- They’re so easy, it’s almost ridiculous.
- They make a healthy treat.
- There are only two (2) ingredients.
Wow, 2 ingredients. Can’t go wrong really…
Lately I’ve really been getting my healthy life on and have upped the exercise and diet (yay for me!). Everyone keeps telling me that weight loss is only 20% exercise and 80% diet, which is a shame because nutrition is where I usually fall short. Sometimes I just need a snack, you know?
Obviously these biscuits aren’t going to deliver that sugar hit that most cookies would, but hey, this is about healthy eating. And I always find the easiest way to eat healthy is to have hacks, or alternatives, for all of your favourite not so good for you foods.
There are a few variations of these biscuits that I’ve tried (listed below) but really, I think the sky’s the limit here. You could add anything you wanted to these biscuits.
Great, now I’m thinking about peanut butter…
