One Step Hommus

 

I love hommus and we eat it a lot as a snack with rice crackers, vegetables and spread it on healthy wraps. Until I came across this recipe I had never been happy with any of my home made attempts. I have adjusted the original recipe to suit my tastes, but it is super easy. And the best part? All you do is blend the ingredients together.

Easy One Step Hommus recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 400g canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
  • 3 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika

Pop all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Too easy!
