Healthy No Bake Date & Nut Bites
In the afternoons I often get a craving for something a bit sweeter and I find that these Healthy No Bake Date & Nut Bites satisfy that craving without the guilt. Even better, these raw vegan treats can be made in minutes.
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 12 medium sized dates
- 2 heaped tbs organic peanut butter
- 2 heaped tbs cacoa powder
Combine the cashews, almonds and dates in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Add peanut butter and cacoa powder and process until well combined and mixture is sticking together (it should be attaching to the walls of the food processor).
Roll dessert sized spoonfuls into balls (you can roll in shredded unsweetened coconut if you prefer).
